Actogel®

The Actogel® line of products are custom-designed cold water soluble stabilizer and texture systems for sauces, glazes, vegetable side dishes, and bakery applications.

BSG-4

A custom designed cold water soluble stabilizer system to be used for cold make up BBQ glaze to prevent dripping during baking. It also works for other glazes and sauces containing high sugar solids, such as teriyaki and fruit base sauces and glazes.

BSG-5NA

Actogel BSG-5NA is an allergen free, custom designed cold water soluble stabilizer system to be used for cold make up BBQ glaze to prevent dripping during baking. It also works for other glazes and sauces containing high sugar solids, such as teriyaki and fruit base sauces and glazes.

A stabilizer system for bake stable tomato sauce.

CBF-20

Actogel CBF-20 is a custom designed stabilizer system that prevents viscosity build up and improves stability of cinnamon bun filling.

RG-28

Actogel RG-28 is a specially formulated stabilizer system used to control syneresis during storage and distribution of soft gel, nongelatin products, while providing good texture & flavor release.
