SeasonRite® Sauce Base is a product line of functional and flavorful seasonings and bases to be used by chefs and R&D food scientists to easily develop sauces. Alfredo Sauce Base T# 38 |
A custom designed instant Alfredo Sauce Base to be mixed with hot water without additional heating. If cold water is used, heating to minimum 145ºF is required. Reconstituted sauce has creamy, rich flavor and texture with freeze/thaw stability. |
Spicy Peanut Chicken Sauce Base T#20 |
Specially formulated to provide a Thai (Spicy Peanut) flavor profile and improved texture to frozen Vegetables, Chicken, Rice or Pasta in microwavable entrees. The sauce base is easily incorporated with other ingredients and provides other functional benefits such as reduced freezer burn and clumping of ingredients during frozen storage. |
Korean BBQ Sauce |
Custom developed dry flavor and stabilizer system for Korean inspired sauces. Suaces can be used to marinate meat, added to frozen entrees or used as condiments. Available flavor profiles include bulgogi, spicy BBQ and kimchi. |
