Sealtite® products provide moisture retention for meat and seafood and aid in the adhesion of tortillas, wontons, and other skins.
1230 |
A proprietary blend of stabilizers to seal Tortilla skins, egg rolls, and other similar products. It eliminates the unwrapping of skin during deep fat frying, conveying and baking. |
FB-17 |
Sealtite® FB-17 is an edible adhesive specially designed to seal flat bread type dough and to eliminate unwrapping of the skin during deep frying and baking. It can also be used to seal other products such as tortilla skins at a lower usage level. |
Marinade PP-2 |
Sealtite® Marinade PP-2 provides a high cooked yield and juicy texture to wings. Use with Seal ‘N Crisp Precoating AR-46D, which gives a rich roasted color and fried appearance. The wings stay crispy after pizza oven reconstitution. |
