MicroSeal
MicroSeal system is a unique product that, when hydrated in cold water and combined with a far less amount of oil, creates a special emulsion that can be used to coat frozen or refrigerated pre-cooked pasta, noodles, rice, or vegetables. This system keeps the individual pieces from sticking together. This low-oil emulsion system coats products much more evenly than plain oil, prevents dehydration, shrinkage, and sticking during microwaving or oven reconstitution. Emulsions made with MicroSeal also prevent freezer burn during extended periods of storage.

MicroSeal Emulsion made with MicroSeal System 999-A is designed to prevent sticking of precooked pasta, noodles and rice during processing. It is also designed to prevent dehydration/sticking of frozen products upon microwave oven heating. |

MicroSeal Butter 999-8 is designed to prevent dehydration and sticking of frozen or refrigerated pre-cooked pasta, rice, and noodles upon reconstitution using either an oven or microwave. It also provides butter flavor similar to melted butter. |
