SaucyGlaze
SaucyGlaze are innovative glazes that combine flavor and functionality in one easy-to-use system. Once hydrated, SaucyGlaze are applied to the cooled IQF food item where it sets rapidly without smearing. During frozen storage, SaucyGlaze provide a protective coating to IQF seafood, meats and vegetables that prevent dehydration and freezer-burn. When the food is cooked, the glaze forms a sauce that flavors the entire dish. Flavor profiles and formulations can be customized to meet your needs.
