Seal ‘N Shine
The Seal ‘N Shine is a glaze system that provides a glossy appearance for bakery, poultry and vegetable applications. It also eliminates packaging damage, extends shelf life, and reduces freezer burn.

A custom designed cold water soluble glaze system used for coating bakery products (i.e. soft pretzels, bread sticks, rolls, bagels, etc.). Seal ‘N Shine™ Glaze FFI-10A provides a glossy sheen upon baking similar to egg wash but also reduces surface dehydration and freezer burn. |
