Seal ‘N Shine™ Glaze FFI-10A
A custom designed cold water soluble glaze system used for coating bakery products (i.e. soft pretzels, bread sticks, rolls, bagels, etc.). Seal ‘N Shine™ Glaze FFI-10A provides a glossy sheen upon baking similar to egg wash but also reduces surface dehydration and freezer burn.
